Well-being and Community Prescriber: Collaborate with a community prescriber, working in partnership with the council, to address the physical and mental well-being of community members, ensuring access to necessary support, advice, and resources.

Continuous Improvement and Valuable Feedback: Actively seek feedback from community members and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in our operations, activities, and services, ensuring that the community's efforts align with the evolving needs and aspirations of its members.
